Three illustrations. Plate One is a photograph of Margaretha's infant Jesus doll preserved at the convent of Maria-Mendingen in Bavaria. Plate Two is an eighteenth century ex-voto painting of Margaretha. Plate Three is a seventeenth century ex-voto painting illustrating a scene in which a stillborn baby is miraculously brought back to life following an appeal to Margaretha.
