  • Description: Andrea Raymon, a noble woman in Provence, testified during the canonization inquest for Countess Delphine de Puimichel in 1363. She described two miracles. In the first instance, Lady Andrea and her attendants were ambushed by mercenaries. After a prayer to Delphine, Lady Andrea was able to protect her group and escape. In the second miracle (pp. 120-121), the prior of the church at Ansouis vowed his devotion to Delphine in the hope of saving his brother from the plague. [Feminae editor]
