Figure Three is Jan van Eyck's painting of the Arnolfini portrait, while Figure Four is his "Lucca Madonna." Figure Five is a page from the Eibingen manuscript of Hildegard's "Scivias" that illustrates the womb of the Church as the net of Christ.
