Title:
Ursina Basso contro Alvise Soncin: il "consilium" respinto di Bartolomeo Cipolla e gli atti del processo (Padova e Venezia 1461-1462) [Although Bartolomeo Cipolla advised the judge in Padua that Alvise de Sonzino had not been coerced into marrying Ursina Basso, the judge in Padua ruled against the claim of a valid marriage. The appellate judge in Venice unearthed evidence that Ursina's witnesses were suspect for reasons including low social status. He concurred in the original decision. (Additional documentation on CD-ROM accompanying the book). Title note supplied by Feminae.].
