Title :
A Question of Honor: Eufeme's Transgressions in "Le Roman De Silence" [The author argues that the lustful queen Eufeme does not understand the way honor operates for her husband, King Ebain, and for other male characters in the romance. Instead she brings her husband shame and must be executed by being torn apart by horses, the traditional death of traitors. Title note supplied by Feminae.].
