Uta and Isolde: Designing a Perfect Woman [The author argues that Gottfried von Strassburg, the creator of Isolde, and the Naumburger Meister who sculpted the statues of Uta and Reglindis not only shared a set of ideals in regard to women but also made their representations of women dynamic and interactive.
